CESA 8 staff recently conducted a two-day training session for over 40 paraprofessionals. This training focused on fostering a growth mindset, building knowledge of strategies, and providing a clear understanding of paraprofessionals' critical role in supporting diverse learners, including those with challenging behaviors. We are grateful to the individuals who attended the training and the districts that supported their attendance!

This work fulfills the criteria for ACT 20 training required for elementary principals and district reading specialists. The institute encompasses six days of face-to-face training plus four virtual coaching sessions.
