Task

Form a group of four people.  Each member of the group will assume a role.  The roles are:

Recorder:  collects information from sources and completes the guide sheet.
Artist:  draws a picture that helps the class visualize (see) the sport.  The picture may include a diagram of the playing area, equipment, or people playing the sport.
Musician: composes a song or poem about the sport and prepares a handout with the words for the class.  The musician leads the group when the sport is presented to the class.
Activity leader:  develops  a lead-up activity based on the sport and a handout describing the activity for the class.

Your group of four people will search other continents for a sport that is new to your group.  Your group will learn how to play the sport, develop a picture of the sport, write a song or poem about the sport, prepare handouts, and teach a lead-up activity based on the sport to your classmates.  After the presentation your classmates will play your lead-up game with you.
