Teacher Fellowships

Education professionals interested in expanding their understanding of Student Holistic Health, ATOD and related issues such as violence, HIV/AIDS or recent citizenship initiatives may apply for special teacher stipends through the CESA 8 Healthy Schools, Communities, and Related Programs Department's Teacher Fellowship Program. This program utilizes dollars provided by the grant funding from the private sector. Those education professionals requesting fellowships must demonstrate that the information obtained will be used to support their district's prevention planning.

Please note that fellowship awards typically are in the range of $600.00, when available, and a successful recipient may receive future fellowships at intervals of 24 months. Due to the large number of requests for Teacher Fellowships CESA 8 has matched or exceeded a match of the provided funds through the private sector since 1989. If you would like additional information or a Teacher Fellowship Application please contact Jeff Bentz at 920-855-2114 ext. 225 or e-mail jjbentz@cesa8.k12.wi.us or fax 920-855-2299.
