INTERNET RESERVATIONS:
You may reserve materials via the Internet on our
Online Catalog.
PHONE REQUESTS:
You may call in your requests by dialing 920.855.2114 or
1-800-831-6391, extension 243. You may leave a message for Lynda on the media
center voice mail box. Please speak slowly leaving your name and spelling,
district, school, title/s, and preferred date of delivery.
RETURNS:
Please help us eliminate overdue problems by returning all items to
your designated pick-up area the night BEFORE they are due. If you are unable to
use our materials before the due date, please call prior to the time our driver
arrives. If no one else has reserved the item, we will be happy to extend the
due date of your materials.
NOTE:
We have many items with similar titles, so please use the complete
title. Our videos are checked out for ONE WEEK ONLY. Other items are checked out
for two weeks. Remember, the more you plan ahead and the earlier you request
materials, the better your chances are of receiving items when you want them.
